Your Experience Is Powerful and the key to creating local solutions.  Make sure your community experiences are included in this national needs assessment. UNITY aims to inspire hope, even from the most negative experiences.  This survey is created to help the UNITY Peer Guides to create better resources for Native youth.  By sharing what is currently impacting your community, UNITY can better serve our native youth network. The Peer Guides want to make sure that for every negative experience, that there is a resource developed for another Native youth to grow from.

Their goal for each of the 350+ youth councils is to have at least one Advisor and two youth council representatives complete this survey before August 15th, 2021.

The Healing Indigenous Lives Initiative will not share any of your contact information with others. This survey is strictly used to create Peer Resources for Native Youth by Native youth.
