In preparation for the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office’s (USPTO) upcoming consultation sessions on genetic resources, traditional knowledge, and traditional cultural expressions, this webinar aims to inform and support tribal leaders and others who intend to provide commentary to the USPTO regarding its positions at the World Intellectual Property Organization on these issues. As part of this event, we will work together to develop strategies and talking points that tribal leaders and others can use or adapt to their own purposes as they engage with the USPTO through consultations and comments.
