Please join the HRSA Office of Intergovernmental and External Affairs (IEA) in collaboration with the Maternal Health Learning and Innovation Center (MHLIC) on Wednesday, February 23, 2022, at 12:00 PM EST for a virtual discussion highlighting successful partnerships to reduce maternal mortality in the Southeastern states (AL, FL, GA, KY, MS, NC, SC, TN). MHLIC is supported by the HRSA-funded State Maternal Health Innovation Support and Implementation Program Cooperative Agreement.

By attending this virtual discussion, participants will be able to:

• Describe the importance of federal, state, and local partnerships to address maternal mortality,
• Identify tips for establishing and strengthening partnerships in their communities to improve women’s well-being throughout their life course,
• Recognize their role in creating the infrastructure needed to advance maternal health in their communities.
