The USET GWIC Digital Story Showcase: “The Successful Path towards Sustainability” is presented by the USET Tribal Health Program Support department.
The USET Good Health and Wellness in Indian County (GHWIC) 1903 Chronic Disease program is hosting a year 4 digital story showcase. USET’s GHWIC 1903 Tribal Partners will share collaborations and best practices on enhancing cultural relevance and Indigenous methodologies in chronic disease programs. These chronic disease programs include Obesity Prevention, Commercial Tobacco Prevention, Heart, and Stroke Prevention, and Maternal and Child Health. Please join us as we celebrate a day of peer-to-peer learning, communities of practice, and continued success in preventing and managing chronic illness in Tribal Nations.
