Please find below the invitation, draft agenda, and proxy letter template for the upcoming Tribal Leader consultations on Equity and Barriers. USDA will report out on progress previously identified barriers as well as talk about ones not previously discussed. It will be divided into five different topics on different days, each day is 2:00-5:30pmET.

Time: Tribal Caucus – 2:00 pm – 3:00 pm ET / Tribal Consultation – 3:00 pm – 5:30 pm ET

Details: Building off of the consultations USDA held in 2021 and 2022, these upcoming consultations will report out on previously identified barriers as well as talk about ones not previously discussed. Like last year’s consultations, it will be divided into five different topics on different days. There will be Framing Papers for each of these areas. These are not meant to limit conversation, but rather provide issues that have been previously identified that can help guide the conversation.
