Update on USDOT’s Policy on Tribal Consultation

On March 9, 2021 the U.S. DOT announced its intent to engage in Tribal consultation on whether our existing consultation policies and practices are effective in implementing Executive Order 13175 and ways we can improve our outreach and communication with Indian Tribes. The closing date for comments were on April 19, 2021.
