On behalf of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) Office of the Assistant Secretary for Health (OASH), please see the Dear Tribal Leader Letter seeking information from Indian Country about possible HHS actions that may support Tribal efforts to improve the health of American Indian and Alaska Natives through strengthened primary health care.

The OASH is hosting a virtual tribal listening session to collect input and inform the HHS Initiative to Strengthen Primary Health Care.
