Self-Governance PROGRESS Act Negotiated Rulemaking Committee Meeting

In accordance with the Federal Advisory Committee Act, the Self-Governance PROGRESS Act Negotiated Rulemaking Committee (Committee) will hold the sixth and seventh public meetings to negotiate and advise the Secretary of the Interior (Secretary) on a proposed rule to implement the Practical Reforms and Other Goals To Reinforce the Effectiveness of Self-Governance and Self-Determination for Indian Tribes Act of 2019 (PROGRESS Act).
Dates:
- Sixth public meeting: The meeting will be held Thursday, March 2, 2023, from 9:00 am – 5:00 pm Eastern. Members of the public may attend in-person, at the 7th floor South Penthouse room, or virtually. Interested persons are invited to submit comments on or before April 3, 2023.
- Seventh public meeting: The meeting will be held Thursday, March 30, 2023, from 9:00 am – 5:00 pm Eastern. Members of the public may attend in-person, at the 7th floor South Penthouse room, or virtually. Interested persons are invited to submit comments on or before May 1, 2023.
