OMH is hosting a listening session with Tribal leaders to discuss the development of a Notice of Funding Opportunity entitled, “Healthy People 2030 Leading Health Indicators Initiative.” The Initiative is intended to identify innovative adaptations of evidence-informed practices that improve health outcomes among racial, ethnic, Tribal, and other communities. The listening session will take place on October 25 at 4:00pm ET (register HERE) and written comments may be submitted until October 31 to info@minorityhealth.hhs.gov.
