Filing and Tax Requirements When Accepting Sports Wagers Event

You are invited to join a free one hour Zoom awareness event hosted by the Office of Indian Tribal Governments.

This event will familiarize you with the following requirements applicable to tribes and tribal entities accepting sports wagers.

• Wagering and Occupational Excise Taxes
• Income Tax Withholding
• Information Return Reporting
