NTIA Hosting Webinar on Tribal Connectivity Grant Program

Established under the Consolidated Appropriations Act of 2021 (P.L. 116-260), the Tribal Broadband Connectivity Grant Program provides $1 billion in grant funding for broadband deployment, adoption, and programmatic support to Indian Country. The National Telecommunications and Information Administration (NTIA) will be hosting a series of webinars to provide Tribal Nations with information on the program.

Entities eligible to apply for the TBCG Program include Tribal Governments, Tribal Colleges and Universities, the Department of Hawaiian Homelands, Tribal Organizations, and Alaska Native Corporations. TBCG Program funds can be used for broadband infrastructure deployment, programs to increase broadband affordability, distance learning services, telehealth services, digital inclusion efforts, and broadband adoption activities.
