Northeastern Sister Tribes Continue Traditions: Virtual Round Table

As Indigenous peoples of the first contacted tribes in turtle island, we face continued paper genocide and erasure in our daily lives. Yet, despite these unfortunate experiences we are thriving and preserving our rich culture and heritage. Moskehtu Consulting a Native American owned cultural and heritage firm has invited sister tribal nations of the Northeastern region to join in a virtual round table discussion.
WHAT: Northeastern sister Tribes continue Traditions: Virtual Round Table
Topics will cover the pre-contact life, forced assimilation, and what we are individually doing to preserve the culture and be stewards of the land water and each other.
WHEN: Dec 7th @ 7:30 PM EST
WHY: To hear the story of the Northeastern Tribal communities directly from them, and hear how they are focus continuing our ancestors responsibility to the land and the water.
WHO: Each panelist significantly contributes to the collective wellness of indigenous people globally by using the oral Indigenous ecological knowledge that has been passed down from generation to generation through our sister tribal community.
