In 2024, the National Indian Child Welfare Association is celebrating its 42nd Protecting Our Children Conference with a theme of Together We Stand: Preserving the Spirit of ICWA. This year’s conference will be held on April 7–10, 2024, in beautiful Seattle, Washington, home of 29 federally recognized Tribal Nations.
NICWA is excited to offer a hybrid option, allowing attendees to view all three general sessions virtually. These general sessions will feature over a dozen speakers and six hours of content. The in-person event will feature over 70 workshops on topics ranging from data management and working with LGBTQ+ youth, to youth engagement and unique Tribal programs.
This conference is a perfect opportunity for social workers, teachers, researchers, Tribal leaders and more to network and learn at NICWA’s premier annual event.
Register before March 1 to receive an early-bird discount. Hotel discounts are also available until March 14 or sold out.
Exhibitor registration is also open now, but space is very limited and will fill quickly.
NICWA is also offering no-cost registration for attendees who are able to volunteer at least eight hours at the event. Volunteers make this wonderful event possible so please sign up if you are able!
