Indian Law and Policy Warriors and Allies Welcome!

The Indian Child Welfare Act is at stake at the Supreme Court on Wednesday, November 9, 2022. Our friends at the National Indian Child Welfare Association are hosting an event on the steps of the Supreme Court from 9 a.m. – 12 p.m. to make signs and offer prayers. There will also be a drum group and singing.

To compliment that event, the National Council of Urban Indian Health (NCUIH) is hosting a breakfast and listening event from 8 a.m. – 2 p.m. They will have coffee, food, and community while we all listen to the hearing LIVE. They will also have Wi-Fi and workspace available.

This event is open to all allies and advocates who are here to #ProtectICWA.

#ProtectICWA Rally participants and community members are welcome to stop by for some coffee and breakfast on the way to the Supreme Court steps! Located a block from the Eastern Market metro.
