NAFOA is hosting a webinar in conjunction with the Department of Labor’s Employee Benefits Security Administration (EBSA), that will provide an overview of the Paul Wellstone and Pete Domenici Mental Health Parity and Addiction Equity Act of 2008 for those who oversee the administration of employer-sponsored group health plans. Speakers from EBSA will discuss parity requirements between mental health/substance use disorder benefits and medical/surgical benefits provided by employer-sponsored plans.
