Each agency representative will give an update on their activities that impact Tribal communities. For example:

• The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) will speak about their recently published corporate scheduling announcement list that has over 100 federal contractors working on or near Indian reservations, plus recruitment obligations of federal contractors and Indian Preference.
• The Department of Justice (DOJ) Civil Rights Division will discuss their investigations of civil rights violations on reservations and Tribal lands.

Agencies also want to hear from the participants on how they can partner and better serve Tribal communities.
