This interactive six-session series provides UIO leaders and Board members with a special concentration on governance and a guiding focus on Culture, Operation, Renewal, and Nourishment (CORN). Healthy soil, like a healthy board, supports strong roots and growth. NCUIH leaders and guest subject matter experts (SMEs) will share effective strategies on Indigenous grant writing, Board assessment, and UIO policy reviews. The series is infused with culturally relevant approaches that UIOs can immediately use in their programs. Within the CORN labs (sessions), participants will explore their executive journey as they navigate the complex considerations in leading UIOs.
