National Center for Education Statistics (NCES) to Host Webinar: 2019 National Indian Education Study (NIES) Qualitative Data Companion

On Monday, September 12th, NCES will host a virtual roundtable discussion to introduce the recently released 2019 NIES Qualitative Data Companion and examine the various applications of this qualitative data for researchers and stakeholders.
Event: NIES 2019 Data Companion: Insights into American Indian and Alaska Native Students’ Cultural and School Experiences
When: Monday, September 12, 2022, from 2:00 p.m. – 2:55 p.m. EDT
What: This virtual discussion will include an introduction of the 2019 NIES Qualitative Data Companion (released in April 2022), along with a discussion from panelists on the qualitative data, and the various applications for researchers and stakeholders. The 45-minute panelist discussion will be followed by 10 minutes of Q & A. The 2019 NIES Qualitative Data Companion is available on the NIES home page: https://nces.ed.gov/nationsreportcard/nies/
