National Animal Disease Preparedness & Response Program (NADPRP) 2024 Tribal Nations Funding Opportunity Webinar

Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS), Veterinary Services (VS), National Animal Disease Preparedness and Response Program (NADPRP) provides funding to collaborators to support high-value projects aimed at preventing and preparing for high-consequence animal disease outbreaks. Eligible applicants include Native American Tribes/ Governments, Tribal Organizations, and Tribal Universities and Colleges. APHIS will provide up to $500,000 to support projects focused on the priority topics listed below.
- Support Outreach & Education on Animal Disease Prevention, Preparedness, and Response
- Support Livestock and Poultry Biosecurity
- Support Training & Exercises for Tribal Nations Animal Agriculture Sector Responders
- Develop, Enhance, and Exercise Tribal Animal Disease Emergency Response Plans
- Enhance Animal Disease Traceability for a Disease Outbreak
