Paper City Clothing in Holyoke, 50 Arrow Gallery in Easthampton and the University of Massachusetts Amherst are highlighting contemporary Indigenous artists during Native American Heritage Month.

UMass will host the Martha Redbone Roots Project, a concert at Bowker Auditorium on Tuesday, Nov. 9, at 7:30 p.m.

Martha Redbone is a Native and African American vocalist, songwriter, composer, and educator known for her “gumbo” mix of genres.

Tickets are $25. and $10. for youth or students who attend UMass and Amherst, Hampshire, Mt. Holyoke and Smith colleges. Student ID’s are required.
