This training covers Executive Directors’ essential roles and responsibilities for Tribally Designated Housing Entities and other Tribal housing departments. The training will focus on the day-to-day management of these entities and inform participants about overseeing the Native American Housing and Self-Determination Act (NAHASDA) funded programs and critical elements of compliance. The session will also describe the expected reporting and relationships with tribal leadership. This training is highly recommended for Tribal council members, Board Members, Board of Commissioners, Procurement/Accounting/Property managers, Deputy Directors, and other individuals and teams in leadership roles.
