The 2022 U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) Annual Region 6 Tribal Consultation session will be held virtually and in-person, with written testimony provided to HHS by e-mail.

This session is designed for Tribal Leaders to have the opportunity to address HHS on how the Department can improve Tribal outreach and coordination, and to discuss programmatic and policy issues and concerns with Tribal Nations. To view the Dear Tribal Leader Letter, please click here.

This consultation session will also provide Tribal Nations opportunities to focus on regional specific issues with their regional HHS counterparts. Tribal leaders will also have the opportunity to consult with HHS headquarters leadership on national level issues.
