Project Bundling “How to” Virtual Peer Exchange
Description: The purpose of this virtual peer exchange is to encourage tribes and local public agencies (LPAs) to take advantage of efficiencies created by project bundling. With the passage of the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law (BIL), project bundling becomes even more relevant and important. The BIL specifically mentions project bundling and bridge bundling as alternative contracting methods for enhanced program delivery and encourages agencies to establish clear procedures for these methods so the known benefits might be more consistently realized.
