The U.S. Department of Energy’s Federal Energy Management Program (FEMP) and the Office of Indian Energy (IE) are co-hosting office hours to answer questions about Renewable Energy Certificates (RECs) and the Indian Energy Purchase Preference (IEPP). This is partially a follow-up from last month’s training Selling Renewable Energy to the Federal Government: 1 – Renewable Energy Certificates (link to original course registration—on demand coming soon).The primary audience is Tribes and Tribal Majority Owned Business organizations who are interested in selling RECs to the Federal Government, which is also the primary focus of a recently released solicitation from GSA.
