FEMA’s Grant Programs Directorate (GPD) is offering two virtual trainings for Tribal Nations to cover the federal procurement standards and the Build America, Buy America Act.
GPD’s Procurement Disaster Assistance Team will deliver the trainings and cover key purchasing concepts, including:
- Federal procurement rules applicable to Tribal Nations when purchasing under a FEMA award;
- Exemptions Tribal Nations should consider when purchasing under a FEMA award;
- The Build America, Buy America Act; and
- Available Resources for BABAA requirements and Procurement Under Grants
