The Federal Railroad Administration (FRA) is pleased to invite you to an upcoming listening session for eligible entities to provide input into FRA’s establishment of the new intercity passenger rail Corridor Identification and Development Program established under the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law.

During the eligible entities listening session, FRA staff will present a brief overview of the statutory provisions of the Corridor Identification and Development Program before opening the floor to comments from participants. FRA will use input from this and other listening sessions and responses received to FRA’s Request for Information (RFI) to inform the establishment of the Corridor Identification and Development Program.
