DOD EJ Strategy Draft Goals and Approach
The Department of Defense has scheduled three regional virtual listening sessions to discuss DoD’s draft environmental justice (EJ) goals and overall implementation approach, as required under Executive Order (E.O.) 14096, Revitalizing Our Nation’s Commitment to Environmental Justice for All. E.O. 14096 requires Federal agencies to engage with the public while developing their EJ Strategic Plans. These listening sessions are designed to gather feedback from federally recognized Tribal Nations on DoD’s draft goals and overall implementation approach.
