Native Youth and Young Adults will complete a guided journaling activity in which they will utilize various art supplies to process thoughts in a healthy and protective way.
(Note: Materials for this activity will be shipped in advance.)

Objectives:
- De-colonizing mental wellness and understanding that it is inherently Indigenous
- Learning how to create a space to give thoughts a healthy voice
- Understanding how to write in a protective way
