The Alabama-Coushatta Tribe is hosting its 52nd Annual Powwow June 3 and 4. The oldest Indian reservation in Texas convenes at Reservation Ballpark in the heart of the Big Thicket after a two-year pandemic hiatus.

The event features dancing and drum competitions with dozens of costumed dancers in full regalia. It draws hundreds of participants and leaders from Texas and around the U.S.
