The US Department of Treasury’s Capital Projects Fund provides funding to Tribal governments and the State of Hawaii (for Native Hawaiian programs) to build capital projects that aid their recovery from the pandemic and establish a strong foundation for equitable access to critical services that last beyond the pandemic.
