Pursuant to the Anti-Money Laundering Act of 2020, the NPRM proposes revisions to strengthen and modernize the anti-money laundering and countering the financing of terrorism (AML/CFT) programs maintained by financial institutions—including casinos and other entities that may be owned by Tribes or Native entities.
