Join this webinar to learn more about the PROGRESS Act draft regulations. Among other things, the webinar will highlight areas of concern raised by the Tribal officials that participated on the negotiated rulemaking committee that drafted the regulations with federal officials.

The draft regulations are out for Consultation and comments are due August 22.

This webinar is intended to help answer any questions about the regulations and will be a resource to assist Tribes in drafting comments to the Department of the Interior. Additional information will be provided in advance of the webinar.
