DOI Tribal Consultation on the Progress Act

The Department of the Interior released its DTLL announcing its proposed rule amending regulations governing implementation of subchapter IV of the Indian Self-Determination and Education Assistance Act (ISDEAA) and the Department’s Tribal Self-Governance Program. The PROGRESS Act called for these updates. The Department has submitted the Proposed Rule to the Federal Register. Once the proposed rule is published it can be found here: https://www.federalregister.gov/agencies/indian-affairs-bureau#documents.
The attached letter identifies the Consultation dates and locations as follows:
