28th Biannual CDC/ATSDR TAC Meeting
August 7 - August 8
Dear Colleague:
On behalf of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and the Agency for Toxic Substances and Disease Registry (CDC/ATSDR), I invite you to the 28th Biannual CDC/ATSDR Tribal Advisory Committee (TAC) Meeting, which will be held on August 7-8, 2024 (7:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. AKT • 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. PT • 10:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. MT • 11:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. CT • 12:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. ET).
The meeting is being hosted by the Cow Creek Band of Umpqua Tribe of Indians at the Seven Feathers Hotel in Canyonville, OR. You may attend either in-person or virtually. Please use this registration link to register for either in-person or virtual attendance. Seating at the in-person event is limited, so please register early. If you register as an in-person attendee, you will be prompted to register for virtual access, as well. This allows those who want to attend in-person an opportunity to participate virtually should their schedule not allow them to attend in-person for the entire day.
This meeting will provide opportunities for TAC members to engage with CDC leadership. CDC relies on the TAC to identify immediate and emerging public health issues in Indian Country. The topics will include but are not limited to, tribal priorities for CDC/ATSDR and CDC programmatic highlights. The meeting agenda will be available on
