The Protect ICWA Campaign will host a webinar titled, “Unpacking the Brackeen Victory: The Protect ICWA Campaign Analyzes the Supreme Court’s Decision,” that will include representatives from the National Indian Child Welfare Association (NICWA), the Native American Rights Fund (NARF), the Association on American Indian Affairs (AAIA), and the National Congress of American Indians (NCAI).

The 90-minute webinar will feature analysis of the Brackeen decision which upheld the Indian Child Welfare Act against numerous legal attacks. While this event is open to all interested attendees, it is not intended to be an event for press.
