Dear Tribal Leader Letter

A listening session with the Environment and Natural Resources
Division (ENRD) and Office of Tribal Justice (OTJ), Department of Justice on civil affirmative litigation and environmental justice in support of Tribal homelands will be held at the Department of Justice, Great Hall on November 29, 2022 between 1:00 pm – 2:30 pm Eastern. This event will be a hybrid event with both an in-person and virtual option. If
you plan to participate, please register by providing your name, Tribal affiliation, email and whether you plan to participate in-person or virtually via email to OTJ@usdoj.gov. You will be provided a link to all virtual participants in advance of the meeting.
