CDC Community of Practice Call: Monkeypox Response Strategies
November 15, 2022 @ 1:00 pm - 2:00 pm CST
On November 15th from 2:00 pm – 3:00 pm Eastern, CDC will host a Community of Practice webinar to highlight strategies to improve access to monkeypox vaccination among disproportionately impacted populations, including but not limited to Black and Latino gay and bisexual men. Colleagues from four jurisdictions will provide examples of successful strategies and recent projects. The call will provide an opportunity for these jurisdictions to talk about the success of their strategies, how they addressed challenges they faced, and suggestions for other public health jurisdictions. The call will also include time for attendees to engage, ask questions, and share their experiences through an interactive conversation.

This is the second in a series of Community of Practice calls. We convened the first call on October 27 with more than 1,500 attendees. A closed-captioned recording of the October 27 call will be added to CDC’s Monkeypox Vaccine Equity Toolkit soon.
