Tribal Consultations on Draft Recommended Best Practices on Enhancing Early Tribal Engagement

On behalf of the Permitting Council, the Office of the Executive Director is holding three Government-to-Government Tribal consultation sessions on the Draft Recommended Best Practices on Enhancing Early Tribal Engagement on April 28, May 2, and May 5, 2022.
The times, dates, and registration link for each of the three Tribal consultation sessions are provided below. Please indicate on the registration form if you would like to provide comments during the session and your name will be added to a speaker list. Attendees who do not indicate that they would like to speak during the session will be provided an opportunity to participate during the open dialogue period as time allows. If you cannot attend or participate in a session discussion, or prefer to provide written comments, please use this comment form. Written comments will be accepted until 11:59 p.m. EDT on Friday, May 13, 2022.
Consultation sessions will be held via Zoom and will be capped at 100 attendees each. Registration is required. The deadline for registration is 11:59 p.m. EDT on Monday, April 25, 2022. Consultation sessions will not be recorded.
