This interactive series will provide a special focus on mental health issues ranging from coping with grief and loss to chronic stress and alcohol/substance misuse in our Urban Indian communities. Treatment and prevention experts will share effective strategies infused with cultural interventions that Urban Indian Organizations (UIOs) can utilize within their wellness programs. Sessions will be informative, active, and designed to arm participants with vital resources to serve your communities.
