USET has partnered with USDA- Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS) to provide outreach and information to Tribes about the National Animal Identification System (NAIS) and Plant and Animal Emergency Response Plans (ERPs).  

In addition to funding, technical assistance is available through USET.  Carry Sexton, the Project Coordinator, can provide resources, information, and training to Tribes for both NAIS and plant and animal ERPs.  In addition, she is available for hands-on assistance with either project.
